LISTED DWELLING 3 STOREY
A listed Building within a conservation area. Internal re-design over three storeys to include extending to ground floor.
Designed to impress and revitalise a beautiful historical structure, the clients were vocally very impressed. Our design made sure that the areas were usable, better services on all levels, easily accessible and aesthetically pleasing.

NEW BUILD OXFORD CITY
A complex design in a flood zone next to a water course. Involved change in finished floor levels above normal ground level with full inclusive access. Required multi piling with ring beam support to structure.

Dwelling Green Belt (Existing)
Tired externally and very much so internally.
This re-design used and maximised the views as to its position in open countryside. Its natural environment coupled with total internal-external redesign gave a dwelling that was visually balanced, worked internally from a better flow dynamic and much better use of spaces.
